a question from me to potential customers 

when you place an order with a webshop, you usually get three emails; order pending (or received), payment received, order shipped

what is a good translation for the first, order pending, into german? we in the netherlands would probably say 'bestelling in behandeling' but online translators aren't very helpful with this
