okay, this is probably a little weird, but i myself have a question to potential customers; how do you usually pay for your online purchases? i'm working on a new website and i have to make some decisions regarding payment options, in the netherlands IDEAL is the way to go, the german version appears to be sofortbanking (or not?), does anyone use that? i was planning to ask this in the off topic section of the forum but i can't seem to figure out how to open a topic there

wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe fragst du wie Potenzielle Käufer ihre Käufe häufig online bewältigen?....Ich denke mal aus meiner Erfahrung her sind es Überweisung,Paypal und als letzteres Kredikarte . würde ich jetzt mal spontan sagen da ich es auch so handhabe.

Käufer die nicht aus den Niederlanden kommen bevorzugen denke ich mal Paypal da es einfacher ist als eine überweisung in ein anderes land.

Hi Gerrut,
I just saw that you sell some Kreon Mini figs. I am highly interested in purchasing a Thundercracker, since I do not want to purchase the big Sentinel Prime in order to complete the Kreon Seekers (Starscream of course comes with the big Scream himself, who is awesome, and Skywarp comes with the big Optimus, which I really, really want).
How much would be the shipping for just the little guy? Can you send it to me by mail in a little bag?

sure, but i can't guarantee a safe arrival because it's possible that the wings (or on other kreons; the doors) might get a stressmark

loose or carded figs? you're sure you selected germany as destination? i'm asking because there is no rate over 35 eu for your country and that would be a package of 10 kg or more,
i can ship 8 deluxes for 13.95 euro, just pm or email me the order if the website doesn't calculate it correctly
i expect the new webshop to be online in a month or two, that will make placing an order with me a lot easier

I mean loose figures, but maybe 1-2 carded figures too. And yes, I selected germany as destination. Every figur has cost arround 12,-€ for shipping. 13.95€ sounds great, I'll send you a PN if the calculator doesn't work correct again. That sounds great too  Thanks for your help!

a question from me to potential customers  when you place an order with a webshop, you usually get three emails; order pending (or received), payment received, order shipped what is a good translation for the first, order pending, into german? we in the netherlands would probably say 'bestelling in behandeling' but online translators aren't very helpful with this
