Wir sich jetzt heraus gestellt hat, hat sich Hasbro im Transformers Bereich Namen sichern lassen. Diese sind:

Transformers (Serial Number: 86909971)

Applied on 17th February, this particular Trademark targets a Music CD under the description of “Pre-recorded CDs and DVDs featuring music“. Two other trademarks are also attached to this for the cover. The trademarks contain Autobot and Decepticon logos for the Serial Numbers 86909968 and 86909970 respectively.

There is no mystery for this Trademark as Hasbro will soon be releasing a Transformers-Inspired Music Album with the help from Sony Music Entertainment.

But, the next two new Trademarks may turn out to be Hasbro’s future plans:

In einem Interview mit CNBC spricht Hasbro CEO Brian Goldner über die Zukunft von Hasbro. Genauer geht es um die kommenden Filme, die mit Habro produziert werden. Auch spricht er über das Transformers-Franchise in China und wie es mit einem Team ausgebaut werden soll. Und er verrät, das das neue Transformers Mobile Game "Transformers: Earth Wars" auf der Toy Fair in den USA vorgestellt wird. Diese findet am 13. Februar bis zum 16. Februar statt. Wir werden versuchen, so viel wie möglich an Informationen von da euch weiter zu geben.

Es ist gerade ein Artikel aufgetaucht, aus dem hervor geht, das die beiden größten Spielzeughersteller in Fusionsgesprächen stecken. Die Rede ist von Hasbro und Mattel, die über einen Zusammenschluss reden. Hier ein paar Auszüge aus dem Artikel von bloomberg.com:

Hasbro Inc. and Mattel Inc. have held talks about merging two of the world’s biggest toymakers, according to people familiar with the matter, in a deal that would bring together the owner of the My Little Pony and Furby brands with Barbie and Hot Wheels.

Brian Goldner said this event is the first time we’ll see their products from the Disney partnership.
The Investors at the event will get a sneak peek of what will be shown at the Toy Fair and next year.
Hasbro is ready for the Holiday Season.
Stated that Nerf is a Global success story.
Transformers movies will continue to sell toys with Storytelling.
Mr. Goldner stated that Transformers movies will continue on and even revealed the Transformers 5 Placeholder Logo.

Transformers fans will participate more in deciding the future of the Transformers Franchise.

Hasbro will initiate a Kre-O line exclusively for China titled Kre-O: Armour Hero. It seems as though it will have a Transformers element. No plans for it to go outside China. Animated series will also air.

But the biggest surprise was Transformers: Micronauts. Hasbro will be weaving Micronauts into the Transformers Franchise in an upcoming new initiative.

China will be a major partnership. Hasbro will be expanding to India, Vietnam and Indonesia.
