Jetzt hat IGear ein Statement veröffentlicht, indem sie sich entschuldigen, das die Produktion noch nicht beendet ist und demzufolge auch nicht nicht ausgeliefert werden konnte. Es ist ihnen sehr peinlich und bitten um Vergebung, aber die Firma, in der die Figuren hergestellt werden schafft es nicht so schnell, weil die beiden Toys sehr viele Accessoires haben. Aber um das Warten einfacher zu machen, gibt IGear zu den beiden einen weiteren Kopf dazu, um die Figuren noch besser aussehen zu lassen. Hier haben wir die originale Mail:
