Just a heads up that we will be adjusting some of the bosses in the Team Battle event. This is to ensure a much smoother ramp in difficulty as players progress through the event and face more powerful bosses.

Hello everyone,

Recent changes to the game have brought forward many discussions regarding the direction of the game, and the TRANSFORMERS Legends team would like to reach out and keep everyone updated on the state of the game and our plans for the future.

We understand that the community helps drive the game and would like to keep an open dialogue in the future. With that in mind, we plan to use posts such as this to forecast upcoming events, changes to the game structure, and teasers for new features. We also want to let the community know the design philosophies behind the changes we make, developing an open dialog that will help keep the game and community alive.

Changes to Special Operations rewards:
The elephant in the room is surely the recent change to Battle Cube payouts from Special Operations mini-bosses. The reasoning behind this change was that the Special Operations event was never intended to be a Battle Cube farming event. The number of battle cubes awarded during the event was having an immense impact on the other event types and in order to balance all event types, we needed to limit the number of battle cubes rewarded during the dungeon event. That said, the Special Operations events shouldn’t be a Battle Cube sink either. We may have reduced the Battle Cube rewards further than necessary and we are planning to increase the number of cubes rewarded by captures and campaign boss defeats in future Special Operations events.

Changes to the current Team Battle event (posted yesterday during pre-registration):
First, we are adding a Super Rare card to the Point Rewards. You can earn the Robot, Alt, and Weapon for this new card, whether or not your team wins each day.

Next, we have adjusted the Day Win rewards. We have moved the Epic Rare and Ultra Rare card rewards to be later in the sequence, but we have also made it so that you will receive at least a set of Ultra Rare cards for a Day 1 victory. In addition, we have adjusted the medal and Transmetal rewards for each day, and have added Battle Energy items for the Day 4, 5, and 6 rewards as we hope this will create a more consistent participation across all 6 days.

We also feel that this, along with the Point Reward change, will help more of our players receive a new Transformer card for their participation in this event.

Finally, we have adjusted the team threshold, increasing it to 10,000 points per day. We hope that this will enhance the teamplay experience of participating in the event.

Changes to our upcoming event schedule:
We had been planning a Raid Boss event for next week, but due to scheduling conflicts, this event will be postponed and a new Special Operations event will begin on Wednesday, November 12th. Following this event, we will resume our normal event scheduling.

Sneak Preview of upcoming Raid Boss event changes:
We wanted to save the best news for last today. The TRANSFORMERS Legends Team is pleased to announce major changes for the next Raid Boss event. The event will have substantially increased rewards across all tiers of bosses, as well as improved tuning to allow players of all levels to participate. We mentioned earlier that Special Dungeon was never meant to be a Battle Cube farming event…well with these changes, Raid Boss events will be your chance to stockpile resources for Special Dungeon and Team versus Team events!
